Location : Michigan City, Indiana (Relocation assistance available)

Base Salary : $100,000-$120,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonuses + Profit Sharing

Our ideal candidate would be an experienced Mechanical Engineer, who feels their career has stagnated or wants to chance to deliver projects and mentor a small team of multi-disciplined engineers.

What You'll Do

As our Director of Engineering , you'll:

? Lead and mentor a small, talented engineering team (Mechanical & Controls Engineers).

? Roll up your sleeves to support engineering and design tasks when needed.

? Oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery with top-notch quality and innovation.

? Collaborate across departments to align technical solutions with company goals and customer needs.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

?? Bring 5+ years of engineering experience , with at least 2 years in leadership .

?? Have proven expertise in filling, packaging, or automation (this is a must).

?? Demonstrate strong leadership skills —motivating teams, making decisions, and managing time like a pro.

?? Be a whizz with SolidWorks

?? Have a solid technical background in machinery design and project management.
