Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician at Greenstaff Physician & Provider Solutions summary:

An Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician provides medical care for patients in both obstetrics and gynecology, conducting assessments, performing surgeries, and managing emergencies. The role involves working in a clinic and inpatient setting, with responsibilities including surgical consultations, non-emergent surgeries, and on-call duties for obstetric and gynecological emergencies. This position requires experience with a minimum of five C-sections and hysterectomies in the past two years to ensure quality patient outcomes.

    • Dates Currently Open (all shifts end the following day at 7a):

    Duration: Stretches of at least 7 days/month

      Assignment: Physician working in clinic during the week seeing OB/GYN patients for new obstetrics, established obstetrics, new gynecology issues, and surgical consultations. Surgical blocks are twice per week for non-emergent surgeries. Call is 24 hour shifts from 7 am to 7 am and includes all obstetrics as well as emergency gynecology and obstetric cases.

      • Physician working in clinic seeing ob/gyn patients for new obstetrics, established obstetrics, new gynecology issues, and surgical consultations.
      • Physicians working with CRNA's and midwives
      • Support Staff: Lab Tech, LPN/LVN, MA, X-ray Tech, RN
      • Physicians working with CRNA's and midwives
      • Setting: Clinic and inpatient call.
      • Required procedures/job duties: all OB/GYN procedures including more than 5 c-section in the last 24 months & more than 5 hysterectomies in the last 24 months. Need to have procedure log at time of presentation.
      • EMR: EPIC
      • Reason for coverage: 2 vacancies.
        Must have the following within the past 24 months: at least 5 hysterectomies and at least 5 C sections.
