We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst with experience with Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role is instrumental in optimizing our business processes and ensuring the seamless performance and customization of our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, enhance system functionalities, and provide technical and functional support.

• ERP Administration and Support: Manage, configure, and maintain the ERP system (D365 or similar) to meet business needs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
• Customizations and Enhancements: Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements within the ERP system to improve processes and address business challenges.
• Data Management: Utilize SQL to perform advanced data analysis, generate reports, and create queries to support decision-making and troubleshoot system issues.
• Integration: Facilitate seamless integration between the ERP system and other business applications, ensuring data consistency and interoperability.
• System Upgrades and Testing: Participate in ERP system upgrades, including testing, validation, and documentation of new features and functionalities.
• Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues, diagnosing and resolving technical problems efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in an ERP Analyst role
• Proven experience as an ERP Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on D365 or comparable ERP systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance.
• Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, modules, and workflows.
• Experience in business process analysis and improvement.
• Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware).
• PowerBI experience is needed
• Experience in any of the following: including Dooap (AP), Vertex (sales tax), Experlogix CPQ (product configurator), Versapay (customer payment automation), and Pacejet (shipping).
