A major client of ours has a need for an Executive Assistant with a background supporting Human Resources/Talent Acquisition. This is a 2 year contract opportunity and is onsite in Warren, NJ.
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams. This long-term contract role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a "can-do” attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Assist the HR Team with daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and priorities.
- Manage scheduling, coordinate calls, and support engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure Talent Acquisition processes run seamlessly.
Talent Acquisition Assistance
- Manage and update calendars for HR and TA professionals, ensuring timely coordination of candidate interviews.
- Organize Zoom calls with hiring managers and track progress for Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure candidates receive an exceptional experience during the recruitment process.
Event Coordination & Communication
- Assist with uploading content to the company website and internal platforms.
- Plan and coordinate events, including ordering food and supplies.
- Support in managing communications and ad hoc projects to ensure team efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably supporting HR or TA teams.
- Familiarity with scheduling, event planning, and candidate coordination is a plus.
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, video conferencing platforms, and general office software.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information
- This is a long-term, hourly contract role.
