Apex Systems is seeking to hire an Agile Coach to join an enterprise client while they go through an agile roadmapping process to establish standardized best practices and tools for IT projects. In this position, you will work with senior leadership, product owners, scrum masters, and product development team to understand efficiency improvement opportunities and build agile solutions to increase productivity.

Applicants who are local to the Cleveland, OH area are are willing to commute to the office 1 day per week will be prioritized, but applicants who are not local are encouraged to apply and will still be considered.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of agile coaching experience
• 8+ years of experience working in agile environments overall
• Experience building out best agile practices, making recommendations for agile tools, and mentorship experience
• Experience with software implementations, and business change management
