RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with executive leadership to design and implement strategies that strengthen and expand programs, ensuring they are impactful, efficient, and sustainable.
- Guide the development and enhancement of collaborative networks, establishing clear guidelines, benefits, and communication channels to foster strong partnerships.
- Act as a strategic advisor on trends and innovations in community support and investment, bringing forward creative solutions and emerging best practices.
- Ensure all initiatives and programs operate within budgetary constraints and regulatory guidelines, maintaining a client-centered approach to services.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and reach.
- Collaborate with finance and executive leadership to align budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation with long-term program goals.
- Manage multiple departments, including network services, distribution, compliance, and client support initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team leaders to cultivate a high-performing, mission-driven team.
- Align internal teams to ensure effective use of resources and funding, enabling holistic service delivery.
- Oversee accurate reporting and data collection for programs, grants, and stakeholder communications.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate program outcomes, service quality, and new initiatives.
- Ensure all operations meet legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Promote the organization's mission and values by modeling collaborative leadership and prioritizing service.

- Participate in organizational budget processes to ensure adherence to stewardship principles.
- Support additional initiatives or responsibilities as assigned by the CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of nonprofit or community-focused experience with progressive leadership in program design and oversight.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams aligned with mission-driven goals.
- Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and program evaluation.
- Strong relationship-building and project management skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to the organization's mission, values, and culture.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Hours may include evenings and weekends to accommodate program needs, peak periods, or emergency responses.
- The role primarily operates in an office environment but may require work in warehouse settings or outdoor locations under varying conditions.
- Frequent local travel within a multi-county area is required, with occasional travel for events or meetings.
