An Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys is seeking an attorney experienced in trademark law, with at least three to four years’ experience in a law firm setting.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in trademark law, including 3+ years experience with clearance, prosecution, enforcement, brand and portfolio management, and counseling regarding trademark strategy in the United States and abroad.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with representing clients in complex trademark and copyright matters, including:

Advise clients on global trademark clearance projects, trademark and copyright enforcement, registration, domain name, and counseling matters. Negotiate and draft purchase, sale, security, license, and other related agreements.
