We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Newark, Delaware office to handle workers' compensation defense cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in workers' compensation defense cases, including hearings and depositions.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Delaware or eligible for immediate licensure.
• 0-5 years of experience in workers' compensation, defense litigation, or related fields.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
