WHERE THIS ROLE SITS: Hybird in Fort Mill, SC
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Manage and develop sales commission programs, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and ongoing performance.
- Create and maintain complex database models and tools to improve commission decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Lead the development of commission reporting, including territory-based and account-based rep compensation metrics.
- Collaborate with IT and CRM leadership to manage sales rep assignments and ensure proper sales rep activity tracking.
- Support cross-departmental coordination, including HR/Payroll teams, to ensure accurate and timely commission compensation.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in commission plan management, development, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, SQL, Access, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (Microsoft CRM preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships internally and externally.
