LOCATION:
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Manage the complete recruitment process for specialized positions, handling all aspects from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Represent the organization at relevant industry events and recruiting functions, promoting the company’s culture and strengthening its presence in the market.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job postings, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to attract and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Review resumes, assess candidates' qualifications, and conduct interviews to evaluate their skills, experience, and fit with the organization’s culture.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing campaigns, monitor the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and enhance the company’s online presence to support hiring efforts.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in aviation recruiting is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
