Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Private Client Legal Administrative Assistant to join our client's legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with TRUST AND ESTATES. This candidate must also have legal experience working with private clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in legal research, and familiarity with document management systems. As a Private Client Legal Admin you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal support for the executive team members.
Duties
- Provide expert legal administrative support to executive team members
- Manage client files efficiently
- Conduct thorough legal research as needed
- Draft, review, and transcribe legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal strategies.
- Maintain organized project management of ongoing cases to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate smooth operations.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation that may affect private client matters.
Requirements
- Trust and Estates experience
- Proficiency in legal research
- Administrative and or executive assistant experience
- Experience with document management systems is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and transcription of legal materials
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
