Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide a team of BESS technicians, ensuring efficient task delegation and adherence to project deadlines. Provide on-site training, feedback, and performance support.
• Oversee and assist with the installation, commissioning, and startup of BESS equipment. Perform pre-commissioning inspections and testing to ensure systems meet operational standards.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on BESS equipment, including batteries, inverters, and control systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and standards. Lead safety meetings, inspections, and ensure proper use of PPE and tools by the team.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. Prepare technical reports and communicate system performance data to stakeholders.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact between the company and the client during project execution. Provide ongoing technical support to clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of BESS O&M experience
• 1+ years of management experience
• Associates degree in Electrical Engineering or related field experience
• Valid US drivers license
