Contract Commercial Assistant Property Manager - 25/hour

Location: Beautiful, polished, high-rise commercial building
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a temporary Commercial Assistant Property Manager to provide support during a 15-week maternity leave. This role is customer-facing and requires a professional with a friendly, upbeat personality and strong administrative experience. You will work in a professional environment that values polished service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions with professionalism and warmth, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
• Perform administrative duties, including managing schedules, coordinating correspondence, and maintaining records.
• Assist with accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Support office operations and contribute to the overall smooth functioning of the workspace.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma strong preferred; higher education is a plus.
• Experience:
  • Strong administrative skills are essential.
  • Experience in property management is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with A/P and A/R processes is a must.
• Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, upbeat demeanor.
