Job Description

We are working with a growing construction company on an exciting Project Assistant position!

You will have access to internal growth opportunities and continuous learning in various areas of the business.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage project documentation: create job folders, organize files (bids, drawings, etc.), and track contract requirements.
  • Use Timberline software for job setup, contract entry, change orders, and other project-related data.
  • Support project administration: manage emails, track change orders, issue subcontracts, and assist with project closeout.
  • Handle safety and HR compliance tasks: manage employee badging, track certifications, schedule training, and maintain safety documentation.
  • Assist with apprentice management, accounts receivable (collections, deposits), and other administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Construction or Project Administrative Assistant is required.
  • Timberline software experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
