We are working with a growing construction company on an exciting Project Assistant position!

Responsibilities:
- Manage project documentation: create job folders, organize files (bids, drawings, etc.), and track contract requirements.
- Use Timberline software for job setup, contract entry, change orders, and other project-related data.
- Support project administration: manage emails, track change orders, issue subcontracts, and assist with project closeout.
- Handle safety and HR compliance tasks: manage employee badging, track certifications, schedule training, and maintain safety documentation.
- Assist with apprentice management, accounts receivable (collections, deposits), and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Construction or Project Administrative Assistant is required.
- Timberline software experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
