Main Function
- Improve the reliability of process controls and instrumentation systems.
- Drive continuous improvement for instrumentation and control systems.
- Ensure consistency in instrumentation and control practices across multiple locations.
- Address and resolve issues related to instrumentation and control systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems.
- Standardize instrumentation and control processes to align with corporate expectations and maintain consistency across all locations.
- Create installation drawings, data sheets, and specifications for instrumentation in compliance with industry and safety standards.
- Develop technical evaluations to support the selection of instrumentation and control systems.
- Support the technical development and revision of project P&IDs.
- Assist in preparing schedules and resource plans for instrumentation and electrical (I&E) projects.
- Provide guidance for the procurement of instrumentation and related equipment.
- Oversee the conversion of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) from PROVOX to DeltaV, as well as other software upgrades.

Education and Experience
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instrumentation and electrical technician or a similar role in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Fisher-Rosemount’s DeltaV Distributed Control Systems.
