What You'll Do:

Lead new technology investigations and development to drive product differentiation and profitability

Manage engineering processes and systems, including product documentation, CAD systems, and analytical tools

Direct engineering teams from concept to final customer approval, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery

Align with leadership to define product quality standards and monitor performance

Foster a culture of innovation, talent development, and disciplined engineering practices

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of management experience in a global technology-based company

10+ years of experience in developing complex, electro-mechanical products

Strong leadership skills with a focus on talent development and team performance

Ability to analyze financial data and use it to drive engineering success

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage all levels of the organization

A proven track record of innovation, problem-solving, and leading change
