Our client located in Dallas, TX has a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join their team on a direct hire basis.

Quality Engineer Role:

The Quality Engineer works under the direction of the Quality Manager to support the administration of ISO 9001:2015 quality objectives. This role plays a critical part in upholding product quality, safety standards, and continuous improvement efforts to meet the overall business and departmental goals.

Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems and quality standards.

Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.

Ensure all products shipped meet customer specifications and quality requirements.

Perform audits to monitor adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and process improvements.

Identify, initiate, and follow through on corrective and preventive actions.

Address inspection and safety issues with relevant departments.

Communicate any quality or compliance concerns promptly and effectively.

Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management System policies and objectives.

Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.

Participate in safety training programs and ensure that safety standards are integrated into quality control activities.

Perform other related duties as assigned.


Quality Engineer Background Profile:

Bachelor's degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering (preferred).

Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification (preferred).

In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methods, tools, and manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and high visual awareness.

Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams to achieve quality and safety objectives.
