Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Power Platform Analyst to join our Digital Solutions Group. This cross-functional role emphasizes analytical expertise over development while allowing hands-on technical contributions. The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between business leaders and the technical delivery team, driving innovative solutions across multiple corporate business groups, including Legal, Finance, Environmental, and Health & Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to gather and translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Lead discovery meetings, stakeholder engagement sessions, and vendor discussions to align project goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Manage architecture, identity data, data flows, and integrations.
• Oversee SaaS applications, ensuring data quality, security management, and technical expertise for supported tools.
• Serve as a product owner for key systems, managing bug tracking, security, and enhancements.
• Support additional technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, SQL, Oracle backend applications, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Provide technical and project leadership in collaboration with multiple corporate groups and VPs.

Environment Overview:

• Operate within the Digital Solutions Group, supporting Power Platform solutions across the organization.
• Contribute to cutting-edge tools used enterprise-wide, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Engage with a variety of SaaS apps and corporate systems not supported by larger platforms, ensuring comprehensive IT support.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–5 years (mid-to-senior level preferred, though growth-oriented candidates with relevant experience will be considered).
• Power Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Microsoft Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, SQL, Azure DevOps, Oracle backend, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and project management capabilities.
• Problem Solving: Resourceful and adaptable, capable of managing complex requirements and delivering creative solutions.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Hourly contract rate range of $60.00 to $70.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
