• IT Processes need to be inventoried, documented, analyzed (for gaps, overlaps, and improvements), and published/maintained. This person will spend all of their time working with IT Leadership (C-Level, Directors, Managers).
• They will work on IT processes within IT Teams, across IT teams (internal collaboration and communication), and between IT and our Business customers.
• They should have some experience in IT Tools and Processes across service management, request management, cybersecurity project management, application support, data, devops, resource planning, and IT Administration (procurement, contracting, accounting, etc.).

Plus skills: Basic experience with Tools: Jira, MS suite, Smartsheets, MS365 suite
