Position Duties :

• This position focuses on supporting hardware and ticket requests at the Magellan Health Depot in Maryland Heights MO.
• Tasks include but not limited to: inventory management, equipment life cycle management, upgrading/reimaging old technology, process and deliver new technology.
• Basic Hardware/software troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, and more (with assistance of more technical staff).
• Work alongside other teams and technicians to improve process efficiency.
• This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Must be able to meet Service Level Agreements, deadlines, quota, etc.
