Job Description:

A key role in developing and deploying state of the art AI solutions powered by Generative Artificial Intelligence GenAI technologies Work on challenging problems at the intersection of artificial intelligence natural language processing and machine learning contributing to the development of innovative applications that drive value for our customers and stakeholders

Responsibilities

Gathering and preparing both the retrieval and generation datasets Retrieval datasets might include relevant documents articles or knowledge bases while generation datasets could consist of paired input output examples or other forms of structured data

Choose appropriate models and design architectures that can effectively integrate retrieval and generation components

This could involve selecting pretrained language models such as GPT for generation and designing retrieval mechanisms

Integrating retrieval mechanisms with generation models to enable seamless interaction between the two components

Finetuning pretrained language models and retrieval models on task specific datasets to adapt them to the retrieval augmented generation task

Adjusting model parameters hyperparameters and training procedures to optimize performance

Assessing the relevance of generated outputs to the retrieved context fluency of generated text and overall coherence

Addressing ethical concerns related to data usage bias and fairness in retrieval augmented generation systems

Integrating it with existing applications or platforms
