We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze data, and contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document detailed requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data sets, identify trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
• Process Mapping: Create process flow diagrams to visualize business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Project Support: Support project managers and senior analysts in project planning, execution, and monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
