Our client is looking for an EMR Analyst to join their team to support the implementation and optimization of their EMR system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy and enhance EMR systems and solutions.
• Assist in configuring EMR applications to align with specific clinical workflows and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Perform system testing and support the go-live process.
• Offer technical support to users facing issues with EMR systems, addressing problems related to functionality, data entry, and system integration.
• Act as a primary contact for resolving escalated technical issues.
• Develop user training materials and documentation to ensure effective navigation and use of the EMR system.
• Support the planning, testing, and deployment of EMR system updates and upgrades.
• Conduct regular performance checks on the system, identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand clinical needs and ensure the EMR system meets those requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with healthcare regulations and ensure the EMR system complies with all relevant standards.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience as an EMR Analyst or in a similar IT/healthcare role.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., eCW eClinicalWorks, Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts) is preferred.
