Title : Citrix Engineer/Citrix VDI Engineer/Senior Citrix Engineer

Location : Chicago, IL 60606

Duration : 12 months

Job Description:

Top 3 skill sets required for this role : Windows Operating Systems, desktop support, understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)

Required:

• Experience working with large-scale infrastructure environments
• Basic understanding of scripting using PowerShell
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred :

• Experience with Windows management tools such as SCCM and Workspace ONE
• Experience with Service NOW incidents and requests
• Working knowledge of certificate management process
• Experience with tools such as Director, Citrix Studio, and Venafi
• Familiarity with SysTrack or other monitoring tools

Experience

• 5+ years of Citrix Virtual Apps or Desktop experience
• Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus
