Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities, including production, packaging, and warehouse functions.
• Communicate company goals to employees
• Optimize processing parameters to maximize yields and meet customer specifications.
• Develop and implement operational procedures for efficiency.
• Manage daily inventory of processing ingredients.
• Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and all relevant regulations.
• Manage staff recruitment, scheduling, training, evaluation, and performance.
• Oversee the job training program and promote positive employee relations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in food production.
