Digital Marketing Specialist in the Social Media Department will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that align with our clients' goals.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute social media strategies that align with client goals, focusing on brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Oversee the development of high-quality, engaging content tailored to various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan, implement, and monitor paid social media campaigns, ensuring they meet KPIs and deliver a strong ROI.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Work closely with the PPC and SEO teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Regularly communicate with Account Managers to present campaign results, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the social media team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
