About the Role:
Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a global cloud computing technology enterprise seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for solving complex design challenges. The Senior UX Designer will focus on creating intuitive and scalable dashboards, structured data tables, and responsive web applications. Partnering with stakeholders, product managers, and software developers, you’ll help drive the design of innovative internal tools and enterprise applications that streamline business operations and enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UX projects from initial concept through final delivery, working closely with stakeholders to define goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct user research, including usability testing and persona development, to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Utilize Figma and FigJam to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business objectives.
- Design solutions for complex workflows, with a strong focus on dashboards, tables, and data visualization.
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, software developers, and other teams to align designs with technical feasibility and business strategy.
- Utilize internal wikis to navigate and contribute to the UX process, documenting workflows and design guidelines.
- Create designs that work seamlessly across devices and screen sizes.
- Plan and execute usability tests, incorporating feedback to refine and optimize design solutions.
- Participate in occasional travel to facilitate workshops and collaborate with global teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on enterprise applications and internal tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and FigJam for producing comprehensive design artifacts.
- Strong experience in user research methods, including usability studies and journey mapping.
- Expertise in dashboard and structured data table design with a focus on usability and functionality.
- Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to present work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Self-starter with minimal guidance needed; capable of navigating and implementing established UX processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable design libraries.
- Experience designing for e-commerce, marketplaces, or enterprise workflows.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and integrating UX into development cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
