Assist Senior Consultant with account management ? Receive client requests and deliver instructions to appropriate team members within CRM software ? Keep clients informed on the status of requests and set appropriate expectations ? Perform quality assurance on website updates ? Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Rosemont products and services, and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to clients ? Provide feedback from clients to assess possible refinements to existing products and the need for new products ? Produce, update, and maintain reports of client's billable hours ? Assist with answering incoming client phone calls Qualifications: ? 3+ years of proven work experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer service ? Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently with minimal supervision ? Detail-oriented and deadline-driven ? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ? Ability to work well independently and in a dynamic team environment, and interface well with many individuals ? Highly proficient computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office and GSuite applications ? Positive attitude and professional demeanor ? Experience with SEO, content marketing, web design, and other online marketing strategies a plus ? Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, and social media a plus
