The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in accelerating Playbypoint's growth by developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to our diverse customer base. You'll lead initiatives across owned and operated channels, with a focus on product positioning, user acquisition, and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and updates.
- Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, web, and in-app experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align messaging and drive adoption.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and trends within the pickleball, tennis, and padel spaces.
- Build and maintain customer personas, ensuring marketing efforts resonate with target audiences.
- Optimize marketing channels to maximize user engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., impressions, conversions, churn) and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts.
- Drive the creation of marketing collateral such as tutorials, webinars, and guides to educate customers and enhance their experience.
- Work closely with the product team to create informative tutorials and guides that help customers maximize their platform use.
- Engage with the community of clients to foster a sense of belonging and drive brand loyalty.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to scale marketing efforts effectively.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within SaaS or sports technology.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to translate complex product features into compelling marketing messages.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize competing initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for sports and familiarity with the pickleball, tennis, and padel communities is a plus.
