Our client, an private equity firm in Chicago, is looking to add a Senior Associate to their Investor Relations team, which will cover investor relationship management and fundraising strategy work.

Responsibilities:

• Produce/update materials for LPs including quarterly reports, marketing presentations, performance updates, ESG reports and annual meeting materials.
• Lead all key communications with investors (deal announcements, quarterly reporting), marketing materials (pitchbooks, Annual Meeting presentation)
• RFPs/DDQs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-8 years of experience in an investor relations or fundraising
• Experience with private funds or credit products
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational + communication skills
