Overview: Singnala is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with our services. As a key member of our customer service department, you will engage with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Assist customers in placing orders and processing returns or exchanges.
• Document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable using customer service software and CRM systems.
