In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with our services. As a key member of our customer service department, you will engage with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Assist customers in placing orders and processing returns or exchanges.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable using customer service software and CRM systems.
