Your Role
As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by connecting prospective customers with our sales team. You will be responsible for engaging with online inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and efficiently scheduling appointments.
Respond to Inquiries: Promptly and professionally address customer inquiries received through various channels, including email, text, and phone calls. Provide customers with a clear understanding of product features, benefits, and specifications to assist them in making informed decisions.
Schedule Appointments: Coordinate, schedule and confirm appointments with customers for our sales team, ensuring a smooth and seamless booking process.
Maintain Customer Records: Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, accurately and meticulously maintain detailed customer records.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, including sales representatives and managers, to achieve department goals and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
Ideal Candidate
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.
•Strong computer skills are required to effectively perform the duties of this position.
•Demonstrated ability to maintain meticulous organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
•Proven ability to thrive in a customer-centric environment, prioritizing customer satisfaction in all interactions.
•Possesses a strong understanding of and practical experience in utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
•Prior experience within a dealership setting is highly valued.
•A strong background in customer service or sales support roles is mandatory.
