Responsibilities - Responsible for taking incoming calls to the service department, booking service appointments and maintaining proper scheduling, calling customers to confirm appointments, reaching out to customers to come in for service and follow up on recent service visits.
- Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Assist customers with service related questions and concerns.
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Qualifications - Ability to work Full Time including Saturdays and some evenings.
- Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
- Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
- Not scared of the word "No"
- Take direction well
- Must like being part of a TEAM
