About the Role: The Branch Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing a world-class team by motivating and leading staff while optimizing costs, increasing revenues, and improving profitability. This position is responsible for the general oversight and direction of all daily activities at the branch level.


This is an Exempt and Full-time position that reports to the National Director of Operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor all daily Branch operations, work closely with Branch personnel and department heads to fulfill needs and complete all tasks.
  • Coach and mentor direct reports to follow process and achieve consistent results.
  • Provide career development opportunities through training and quality management activities.
  • Develop, foster, and grow positive and professional relationships with executive level customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain a culture of empowerment and commitment with a focus on performance management and accountability.
  • Develop a continuous improvement strategy for operational processes.
  • Oversee local inventory and assets.
  • Maintain security of branch locations.
  • Mange local purchase needs for branch level and show needs.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and operate in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Other duties as needed or assigned.



Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, or equivalent is strongly preferred (may consider relevant work experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Minimum five (5) years in a leadership role in production and/or equipment rentals industries.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, and organization skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including diplomacy and patience required.

Physical Requirements: Required to stand, walk, and sit; see, talk, or hear both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and handling audio visual equipment. Long periods of working at a computer and viewing one or more screens.
