Our client is a well-established, Dallas-based insurance agency providing premium insurance solutions to high-net-worth clients. They are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team in Dallas, TX. This in-office position is ideal for someone who excels in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to a sophisticated clientele.


Job Overview:

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts for high-net-worth individuals, including home, auto, and other specialized coverage. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, offer tailored recommendations, and ensure superior service throughout the policy lifecycle. This role requires an in-office presence, allowing you to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts for high-net-worth clients, including renewals, endorsements, and new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized support.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients’ insurance needs to ensure proper coverage for home, auto, umbrella, and other high-value assets.
  • Prepare and present tailored quotes, proposals, and policy recommendations based on individual client needs and coverage requirements.
  • Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims follow-ups, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Stay current on industry trends, insurance products, and regulations to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, seamless service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing education to clients on their policies, coverage options, and any potential gaps in protection.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in personal lines account management, preferably with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, including home, auto, umbrella, and other high-value coverage options.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with both clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Texas Insurance License (Property & Casualty) required.
  • Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior customer service.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.
