Position: Senior National Account Manager - Amazon
Salary Range: $115,000-$140,000, with up to a 20% bonus opportunity DOE

The Boppy Company, a pioneer in baby products that support families during the first years of a baby’s life, is looking for a Senior National Account Manager to take our Amazon business to new heights.
As a vital member of our team, you’ll drive the growth of our largest online customer and play a key role in shaping the future of our e-commerce strategy. If you thrive on data-driven decision-making, building long-term partnerships, and creating innovative solutions, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the Amazon sales strategy to achieve both short- and long-term profitable growth.
- Be the e-commerce expert and lead initiatives to scale our presence on Amazon, delivering exceptional results year over year.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to influence new product launches and optimize packaging configurations for the Amazon consumer.
- Build “Think Big” opportunities by identifying innovative, consumer-focused strategies in partnership with Amazon.
- Oversee search and media budgets in collaboration with marketing to drive incremental sales, improve ROAS, and elevate brand KPIs.
Executional Excellence
- Ensure foundational excellence in all aspects of the Amazon business, from forecasting accuracy to operational performance.
- Analyze and address assortment gaps, and explore opportunities like bundles, exclusive offerings, and product innovations to drive profitable growth.
- Monitor and refine performance metrics, providing regular updates and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
· Define metrics, measure, and analyze trends to optimize tools and drive growth.
· Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings and reviews.
· Manage new ASIN set up as well as copy, image and video optimization.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance to deliver seamless execution and cost-saving efficiencies.
- Share best practices across internal teams, leveraging insights to enhance Boppy’s overall omnichannel strategy.
- Day-to-day operations relating to Amazon Sales with oversight and responsibility for strategy, sales, business insights and data analytics.
- Work with the corporate Marketing team on promotions and paid media strategy, PDP content and integrated promotions.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7–10 years of e-commerce experience, with proven success managing Amazon (Vendor Central expertise required).
- Experience with Amazon Paid Advertising.
- A track record of driving growth in a consumer-focused, omnichannel business environment.
- Strong skills in data analysis, forecasting, and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working cross-functionally in high-performing teams.
- A passion for innovation, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience of Excel and data manipulation.
- Curiosity, passion and a collaborative mindset and approach.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
