Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated, ambitious and driven Sales Associates with experience in selling IT products and services. As a Sales Associate at Visionet, you will play a critical role in our growth strategy, working both tactically and strategically to support successful sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Identify and connect with key prospects in the IT and business sectors, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Assist with managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and effective customer journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to refine sales tactics and strategies, continuously improving performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or supply chain management background highly preferred
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS, supply chain, or IT industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with, IT and decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to support decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
