Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing Ad-Tech SaaS company, is seeking a skilled Senior HR Business Partner to support a client group in both NYC and Canada.


  • Dual Reporting: Sits on the Leadership Team for P&L and functionally to the Head of HRBPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Service Delivery: Act as the primary HR contact for the acquired company’s tech teams, managing employee relations, recruitment, and performance across NYC and Canada.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership across both organizations to implement workforce planning, talent development, and retention strategies.
  • Employee Relations: Navigate complex challenges with fair and compliant resolutions, particularly for Canadian and NYC employees.
  • M&A Integration: Support the leadership team of the acquired company as they scale and align with the parent company’s people-first culture and operational standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, finance, and legal teams to drive success in a high-growth, post-acquisition environment.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in HR, with significant experience as a Business Partner in SaaS high-growth firms.
  • MUST HAVE: Expertise in Canadian employment law, compliance, and employee relations alongside NYC HR support.
  • Skills: Exceptional EQ, IQ, and agile decision-making. Strong coaching and advisory capabilities to influence senior leadership.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in HRIS, analytics, and data-driven HR strategies.
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and adaptability in dynamic environments.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $132,000–$162,000 CAD + bonus + equity
  • NYC Equivalent: $176,000–$210,000 USD + bonus + equity
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package, including PTO, Parental Leave, Summer Fridays, and more.
