Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

• Support performance management, employee development, and training programs.
• Manage benefits, compensation, and leave programs to align with organizational goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning.
• Oversee compliance programs, safety protocols, and employee engagement efforts.
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years in HR leadership; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and employment laws; exceptional communication and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Certifications: HR certification preferred.
