Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Director in Greater Los Angeles, CA. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management is a plus
- Professional HR experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
