Campus Technology Recruiter
$150,000 - $200,000 base + bonus
New York City (5 days on-site)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Technical internship candidates.
- Develop and refine recruitment strategies to stay competitive and diversify talent pipelines.
- Analyze recruitment outcomes and recommend process improvements.
- Represent the firm at recruiting events and conferences.
Key Requirements :
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in university tech recruiting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and sourcing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for events as needed.
