Job Description

Oakleaf Partnership is working with a major CPG business to their next site HR Business Partner for a manufacturing site in Kirksville, MO.

We are looking to speak to commercial, data driven HR leaders who enjoy working in fast paced, supply chain environments.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will lead people-related activities at the plant, supporting the Plant Manager and leadership team.

Reporting to the Director of HR - Supply Chain, the HRBP will shape talent strategies, improve processes, and drive cultural change for about 700 employees.

This role also manages an HR team.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • HR Processes : Oversee hiring, training, workforce planning, compensation, and organizational changes.
  • Talent Management : Develop employees, manage staffing plans, and facilitate internal talent moves.
  • Labor Relations : Handle employee concerns, resolve grievances, and manage union strategy.
  • Culture & Engagement : Promote company values, drive cultural transformation, and boost employee satisfaction.
  • Compliance : Ensure HR policies follow employment laws.
  • Analytics : Use data to guide decisions.
  • Strategy : Address business challenges with effective HR solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Strong HR skills and experience in manufacturing and union environments.
  • Business savvy and proficiency with tools like Workday, Kronos, and MS Office.
  • Effective communicator with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Adaptable problem solver who can handle multiple tasks.
