Senior HR Business Partner
West Chester, PA (with one week per month in NYC)
$180,000 - $225,000 base
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and guidance on organizational and workforce strategies.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Drive employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture through targeted HR programs.
- Oversee organizational change efforts, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic HR plans tailored to business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a financial services or corporate environment.
- Strong expertise in organizational development, employee relations, and talent management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications preferred).
- Willingness to travel to NYC one week per month.
