Job Description

Pride Health is hiring a Mammography Technologist to support our client's hospital facility in Lebanon, NH . This is a 13-weeks role, with possible extension.


Duties:

• Performs breast imaging as well as ultrasound and stereotactic-guided biopsy procedures.

• Assists in the technical orientation of cross-trained Radiologic Technologists and instructs them in complex or difficult procedures.

• Operate and maintain mammography equipment according to manufacturer specifications and facility protocols.

• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and addressing concerns.

• Ensure patient comfort and maintain privacy throughout the examination.

• Position patients properly to capture accurate images.

• Perform routine quality control checks on imaging equipment.

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational safety and imaging regulations (e.g., MQSA, ACR guidelines).

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for quality assurance purposes.

• Work closely with radiologists to ensure images meet diagnostic needs.


Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of clinical Mammography experience required. Associates degree preferred.


Required Licensure/Certification Skills:

• Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology, registered with the ARRT, in addition to certification in Mammography with the ARRT.

• Licensed by the NH Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy

• BLS - AHA

• Maintains a second Mammography registry by annually accruing five ECE's specific to Mammography Education, as required by federally-mandated MQSA standards.


Shift Time : Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Location : Lebanon

Floating Requirements : NA.

Weekly Gross : $3,432.00 weekly
