We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer. This role is designed for a proactive, self-motivated professional eager to contribute both to day-to-day administrative tasks and special project initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and support the growth of an evolving and dynamic team. This position is based in New York City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the COO's calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and key stakeholders, including clients, investors, partners, board members, and department heads
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, create and edit presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as required
- Collaborate with assistants across the company to manage logistics for meetings, projects, and special assignments
- Track project progress and KPIs, acting as the go-between for the COO and the Operations team
- Coordinate business travel, including itinerary creation and travel arrangements
- Handle expense reports and process vendor invoices when necessary
- Support both individual and team-driven special projects
- Assist with ad-hoc requests related to job duties and personal tasks

Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in the finance or investment sectors
- Experience in a high-paced, C-level support role preferred
- Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
