Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time Legal Secretary to join our team on-site at our Webster, NY office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks essential to the smooth operation of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mail Management: Handle and process all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Document Handling: Scan, save, and organize documents efficiently.
- Client Communication: Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and assist current and potential clients.
- Administrative Support: Send form letters, maintain records, and perform data entry.
- Banking and Post Office Trips: Handle firm-related errands, such as deposits and mail drop-offs.
Qualifications:
- Strong clerical skills and experience in company secretarial work .
- Excellent communication and customer service skills .
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities .
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
