Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed weekly and monthly reports in collaboration with various departments, including accounting.
- Ensure data accuracy through meticulous attention to detail and verification processes.
- Use advanced Excel functions to compile, analyze, and present data for internal stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams to streamline reporting processes and ensure effective communication.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth departmental workflow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, vLookups, and advanced formulas.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience creating reports and working collaboratively across departments.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
