Overview
A leader in the chemical manufacturing space seeks a Mechanical Integrity Engineer who will be responsible for asset management initiatives. This includes Mechanical Reliability, Mechanical Integrity, Maintenance/Work Process, etc.
Qualifications
- BSME, BS Chem Eng. or Extensive Plant Maintenance experience
- 5+ years of experience in chemicals, refinery, or similar manufacturing environment
- 510+ years' working knowledge of inspection procedures, maintenance, reliability, and industry best practices in similar field
- Experience developing standard work processes
- ASME Section VIII, API 570, API 650, API 653
- SAP Maintenance/SAP Plant Maintenance, GE APM/Meridium (Mechanical Integrity Software)
Preferred/Bonus:
- Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode and Effects, Asset Criticality Assessments
- Maintenance Turnarounds, Implementing/Maintaining Mechanical Integrity Programs
