We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support large-scale industrial projects that will enhance our plant operations and asset development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support capital equipment projects, including installations of machinery and plant systems.
  • Analyze and improve production and quality results through equipment and process enhancements.
  • Design, prototype, and implement solutions for complex manufacturing challenges.
  • Collaborate on projects across various departments, including machine tools, heat treat systems, and more.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Provide hands-on technical expertise to resolve operational issues and drive plant efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or similar (GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or project engineering in an industrial setting (machining, fabrication, welding, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in a plant or factory environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or related industrial fields.
  • Experience with CAPEX projects and industrial machinery installations.
  • Background in steel mills, forging, or similar heavy industries.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming and electrical systems is a plus.
