Location: Tampa, FL (HYBRID position; onsite Tuesday through Thursday each week)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay Range: $72 to $82 per hour
Position Summary: The Solution Architect is responsible for the strategic planning and design of hardware and software solutions to meet evolving business requirements. This role acts as a key consultant within the organization, leveraging expertise to deliver innovative, scalable, and secure technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills in AI/ML, Microsoft technologies, and networking, paired with exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
Architecture and Design
- Plan, design, and implement hardware and software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Develop architecture proposals and validate feasibility through proofs of concept and mock-ups.
- Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Technical Leadership
- Act as an internal consultant on AI/ML and Microsoft platform technologies.
- Technically guide projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with best practices, standards, and business priorities.
- Champion structure, processes, and technological standards to support team success.
Collaboration and Communication
- Present solution options and recommendations to management and leadership.
- Promote teamwork and inclusion, fostering effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Build consensus across teams, resolve conflicts, and encourage open dialogue.
Adaptability and Problem-Solving
- Navigate changing priorities and evolving business needs, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Guide teams through change processes required for the adoption of new technologies.
- Proactively identify and address barriers to successful project delivery.
Qualifications (Required):
- AI/ML Expertise: Strong knowledge of multiple AI/ML technologies and Azure AI solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Development experience in Microsoft environments.
- 3+ years of experience with Active Directory (AD), Exchange, and Lync.
- Familiarity with IP Networking, WAN routers, LAN switches, and telephony.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft platform technologies, including SharePoint, IIS, and SQL.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Qualifications (Preferred):
- A bachelor's degree (and/or advanced degree).
- Certification in Azure AI or other Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with enterprise-level architecture frameworks.
